International and U.S. orders:

  • For U.S. orders, duties or taxes will either be included at checkout or clearly displayed, with no hidden fees.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes must be brought exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

International or U.S. users, including California residents, agree to these terms and waive any claim to bring legal action in other jurisdictions to the maximum extent permitted by law.
