Refund policy

Because items are made to order and take a lot of time and care to make, we are not able to issue refunds should you change your mind after purchase. All custom orders are created especially for you. We are a small business and can't afford to create made to order items simply to try on. We also don’t allow buy and try. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we suspect this has occurred.

Should there be any defect with your order, please contact us with a photo and description of the issue within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to remedy the situation and ensure you are happy with your product.  We stand by the quality of our jewelry.
