Process
What materials are used in your jewelry?
We use freshwater pearls, semiprecious stones, and gold-filled chains and hardware, and just a few components that are gold vermeil. We are committed to sourcing 100% gold-filled materials and are continuously working towards this goal, as quality is extremely important to us.
Currently, the "Still Wild" charms at the back of necklaces are gold vermeil. Overall, less than 5% of our materials are vermeil; the majority is gold-filled. Please check each individual listing for specific material details.
We have tested all the materials we use and are confident in their durability and wearability when jewelry is worn and cared for properly.
What is the difference between gold-filled and gold vermeil?
Gold-filled jewelry has a thick layer of gold mechanically bonded to a base metal, typically lasting many decades with proper care. Gold vermeil, on the other hand, is a thicker layer of gold over sterling silver, but generally thinner than gold-filled, making it more delicate over time. Gold-filled is more durable and long-lasting than vermeil.
Where and how is your jewelry made?
Jewelry is handcrafted in Toronto using high-quality materials sourced from all over the world.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! Feel free to reach out if you have a specific idea in mind. We offer custom sizing and can produce variations of our existing designs with your choice of gemstones (e.g., replacing the stone in The Muse Necklace with Amethyst or another preferred gemstone). Please note, custom pieces are made to order and require prepayment.

Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
What are your shipping options and costs?
Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping within Canada for orders over $150.
Where do you ship to?
We are just launching and currently ship within Canada. If you'd like to place an order outside of Canada, please reach out, and we'll see if we can accommodate your request.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Gold-filled jewelry, if cared for properly, can last decades without fading or tarnishing. The lifespan of your jewelry depends on how carefully you wear and maintain it—avoiding harsh chemicals and rough handling will help preserve its beauty over time.

What is your returns and exchange policy?
All pieces are custom-made for you and are final sale.
Do you offer warranties on your jewelry?
Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?
Please contact us within one week of receiving your order with a photo and description of the issue, and we will work with you to make things right.
